Open XML file converters for Office 2004 for Mac released
Software giant Microsoft has finally released the Open XML file converters for Office 2004 for Mac after several delays.
These converters were delivered through a general update to the MS Office suite for Apple Mac.
The company had earlier promised that these converters would be released in public before the end of the June month.
Microsoft said that the translators for Microsoft’s Word word processor, Excel spreadsheet and PowerPoint presentation maker are now integrated into Office 2004.
There are however several existing issues which are still there in these converters.
Microsoft has also released a standalone file converter that translates Open XML files to formats usable by Office 2004 for Mac and 2001’s Office v. X for Mac.
