Croatia: RSS raises cap to HRK 140.3 M; issues 3,650 new shares
16:16 - 03 July 2008Home savings bank Raiffeisen stambena stedionica (RSS) has increased its capital by issuing 3,650 new common shares in the nominal amount of HRK 10,000 per share, said the Central Depository Agency. The company's capital rose from HRK 106.5 million to HRK 140.3 million and is divided into 14,300 common shares.
